This essay will consist of four paragraphs – Be sure to follow this format:
• Paragraph I:  Introduce and describe the disorder, its symptoms and criteria for diagnosis thoroughly. Be thorough.  Use examples if possible.  Discuss any known causes (etiology) of the disorder.
• Paragraph II:  Describe any applicable demographics (i.e., gender, age groups, race, culture, lifestyle)
• Paragraph III:  Describe treatment options thoroughly and probable success rates.
• Paragraph IV:  Summary and conclusions.  Personal experience and/or personal opinion, where applicable, may be discussed, but keep it brief.
• In addition to your textbook, use at least two other references to research the disorder. List all references at the end of your essay. List entire weblink, or if a published book, article or other published source, cite author, title, page number and publication date. You may NOT use Wikipedia as a reference.  Don’t forget to cite your references before you hit the Submit button!
