Ensure that in this discussion you describe the distinguishing features of psychopathy and the model of its causation. In your discussion clearly identify the qualities of cognition, emotion and behaviour that characterize the psychopath. Ensure that you also incorporate references to the important research into psychopathy that we have considered and some of the major contributors to our understanding of psychopathy. Using materials we have covered in the course, describe and discuss the role of trauma in our models of psychological disorders. In your discussion include a consideration of the role of trauma in explanations of causation. In developing your argument ensure that you include illustrative references to at least two psychological disorders.
