He arrives at All Access Healthcare Clinic with complaint of left eye pain that has a yellowish discharge that started yesterday. He has accessed the clinic in the past. Today his daughter is with him, along with three of his grandchildren. His 12- year-old granddaughter, Maria, is translating for him.
