Medical History: normal, with no known drug allergy.
Dental history: last night, pulpotomy and SSC were done for tooth #85.
The dentist informed the parents that this condition has happened because the child bit his lips after the appointment yesterday.

Case 2:
A 4 years old female patient came to the emergency clinic with trauma to her anterior teeth. Medical History: normal, no known drug allergy.
Dental history: despite the extensive pain and caries in posterior teeth the patient has, the patient was seen by pediatric dentist only once one year ago with several missed appointment. Mother stated that she refuses to brush her daughter teeth and she did not want to waste her time coming to dental appointments because these teeth are going to exfoliate eventually irrespective to the oral hygiene instruction, oral education and recommendation that were given at the pervious visit which were written on the patients dental file.
