Based on a case study below I want you choose 3 diagnosis, sign and symptoms of that diagnosis, lab work up and imaging for said daignosis and treatment plan. The three diagnosis are as follow:

2. Asthma
3. Acute Bronchitis
Case study: The patient for this case study is a 70-year-old female presenting to the clinic with a new onset of cough and shortness of breath. Her vital signs at the time of the visit were as follows: Temperature 100.9 oral, Pulse 98, Respiratory Rate 20, and Blood Pressure of 120/82.
