Base off the come up with a new research. I want to do something regarding nursing aide working in the hospital because there are not much research about stress and burnout of nursing assistant so this would be the gap in research. Find 4 valid research articles on the topic.. The paper must write in order. Section 1 (participations) this part is the new research not information from the articles(this is coming up with your ideas) (instruments)- you can get these from the articles that you find.. including the your independent and dependent variable related to the new research.  (Procedure)- Do the procedure in a hospital setting.. how you going to do it, details.. Section 2.. Come up with two research questions regarding the topic plus including nursing assistant. List  and define the independent and dependent variables and the level or categories for each. For independent variable independent if it’s experimental or quasi experimental. Provide a research hypothesis at least 2. Section 3.. provide summary of the 4 articles .
