He states that he is compliant with taking his medications and takes them all at the same time in the morning before breakfast. He has NKDA and pain is 0 on a 0 to 10 scale. His vital signs today are BP 158/88, HR 68, RR 16 and Temp 98.9 F. He has a BMI of 30. He has come to the office today for medication refills and to discuss his sadness and insomnia due to his experience with COVID-19.
