For the induction assignment, you are required to write an Annotated Bibliography.
Creating an Annotated Bibliography requires a variety of academic skills. You will need to demonstrate your ability to search for literature, critically analyse, paraphrase and reference.
The purpose of an Annotated Bibliography is to provide the reader with further information on the resource, or resources, being critiqued. For example, the relevance; accuracy; quality and any strengths and weaknesses of the resource.

The theme of the assignment is on the topic of Professionalism in Healthcare.
You will search for three different types of literature on the topic of Professionalism in Healthcare from the table below.
The title and author for each source are provided.  You should look for these sources through multiple search strategies, including; , Google scholar, or a general Google search.
For each resource you will need to:
* Write the full reference using the Harvard standard format.
* Write a short in-text citation of the reference
* Critically discuss the relevance, quality and reliability of the source; making use of appropriate references.
* Write a short summary of the literature including what you consider to be the strengths and weaknesses of the information presented.
You might want to consider making use of a tool such as the CRAAP test, to help you with your assessment.
Your paper will include:
* An introduction – Explain to the reader what the paper is about.
* A review of 3 resources (~200-250 words each)
* A conclusion – Sum up the key findings of your Annotated Bibliography.
