first person:
supporting a family with a disabled child- I would learn about the family and make communication regulraly making the meetings postive and easy going making sure the famliy feels comfortable so they can open up and tell me things
a family experincing traumatice experinces- I would first learn the signs of a child or family experincing trauma and learn the signs learning what type of trauma they are having and keeping communication as an open key and making that very important and making them feel safe and not alone and finding out where the trauma happend or is happening and getting to the root of the problem and making sure they understand that none of it is there fault especially a child
Secondperson:
I will partner with and support parenting of diverse families with disability by first talking with the parents to get information about the child’s disability. I will gather resources to help families with the information. I will reach out to locate children service such as Partnership for Children and the Department of Children Services to get education course that with help educate families with disabilities. I will share websites that will help them to get information.
I will partner with and support parenting  of diverse families whom have experience traumatic life experiences by first showing that I am supportive of them and here to help them in their situation. I will provide resources and materials that will hlep them to develope an understanding of the traumatice experience. I will seek help from the school guidance counselor and social worker who can help families with resources and tools to use during this time.
