1) Describe the unique needs and perspectives of two major stakeholder groups impacted by the issue you are addressing and 2) Create a stakeholder analysis chart of all the multiple stakeholders related to your case study.
Your assignment should include the following elements:
An introduction paragraph briefly describing your case and your charge.
A description of TWO unique and diverse stakeholder groups that are major stakeholders in your Case Study Scenario. For each stakeholder group, include:
information on key characteristics of the group, including demographics,
how each stakeholder group is likely to be impacted by the problem you are faced with, and
analyze the perspective of each stakeholder group on the potential impacts of proposed solutions (based on what you have found in the evidence base) and what their main concerns would likely be.
Complete a stakeholder analysis chart that includes any and all stakeholders that might be impacted by your case study problem. A conclusion paragraph summarizing what you have learned about the stakeholders from your Case Study Scenario.
Your paper should be 3-5 double-spaced pages in APA format, not including your stakeholder analysis chart. There should be evidence that it was thoroughly proofread. Include a minimum of two credible references for the stakeholder groups. Please review your portfolio for useful references you already have and then supplement as needed.
