Hi Writer I hope you are well. The assignment for M4 was released and would really appreciate your help on this, this is due by Sunday 6th March 2022. This assignment is based on the research proposal which was established a few months back which you will recall, the final agreed research proposal is “Exploring the leadership practices that can help improve the safety environment in ABC oil and gas company”. A Guide to Writing a Research Dissertation • Specific Harvard Referencing Requirements • All M4 Unit books (A to F) • Key M4 Activity Orders relating to this research proposal (Order Numbers – 82608133, 82608134, 82611047 and 82617072) The Research Proposal Brief and Assignment Marking document requires a brief background to the organisation (ABC oil and gas company) within the Introduction section of the report, I have made a few bullet points in the uploaded “Notes” word document for information which you can play around with. The word count should not exceed 2500. We should aim to be as close to 2500 words as possible. Anything above 2500 words will not be accepted and will be referred. The reference list and bibliography are not included within the word count. We need to strictly follow the Research Proposal Brief and Assignment Marking. I have uploaded this for information and reference which details all assignment requirements/expectations (Contents page, Title, Introduction, Literature Review, Proposed Research Methodology, Conclusion, Reference list, bibliography etc.) so will need to ensure we capture all these please. The specific harvard style referencing is required. Please keep in mind that we need to include our aim and objectives and there should be atleast 4-6 objectives. I cant recall if I shared this with you previously – For information and to take into account, please also note the following feedback from my teacher on M4 Activity F – aim, objectives and literature map (Order Number 82617072): “This well-presented submission clarifies how you will approach this piece of work. I am not clear how you will examine the organisational culture, perhaps because the literature review is separate from this mainly interview driven section? How you will manage to link the policies/strategies with an assessment of safety outcome will be intriguing. Are you planning to compare sites’ different performance and strategies? Objective 4 needs to be clearer. What is the qualitative study? And what are the expected outputs?” I would really appreciate if you can have this back to me for submission to my tutor by Sunday 6th March 2022.
