Consider an appropriate PICOT resolution.
Develop a 15-questionnaire survey to determine if the problem can be changed by your resolution.
Use the attached rubric for more detailed guidelines.
Using the research strategy, you previously learned, complete the project and document the steps in writing.

Paper should be between 1500 to 2000 Does not include references
Attach supporting tables, checklist, blank questionnaire, teaching pamphlet, policy, short video, etc.
APA Style in-text citations and references where appropriate.
Minimum of 5 scholarly references besides the textbook to support your data.
