For this case study, respond to the following questions from a fireground strategy and tactics perspective:
What are the main issues identified in this report?
Do you believe the first arriving officer had developed an incident action plan upon arrival? Why, or why not?
Based on the incident priorities and available resources of the initially arriving unit, what operational mode would be appropriate for this incident? Why?
What do you believe could have been done differently to prevent this tragedy?
Does your fire department have policies or processes that, if followed, would prevent this type of incident from occurring? If yes, what are the processes. If no, should they be written?
Of the recommendations made in the report, which one would you make as your top priority to implement immediately if you were the chief of this department?

You can include the eTextbook as a resource, as well as other resources, one of which must be from the CSU Online Library, for at least two references. Adhere to APA Style when constructing this assignment, including in-text citations and references for all sources that are used. Please note that no abstract is needed.
