You are to complete section 3 (Proposed Intervention and Expected Outcome), section 4 (Synthesis of Evidence to Support the Proposed Intervention) and section 5 (Stakeholder Implications). I did write a sentence or 2 to help start you off in these sections. ( I highlighted these areas)
The intervention is to deploy hand sanitizers and provide education to staff on importance of hand hygiene to improve hand hygiene compliance.
