In the first paper, we are asked to find a topic for the interest psychology field for the whole semester’s paper writing. I choose I/O psychology and the topic is how AI influences the employee’s performance in the workplace. However, in the first paper( which is my proposal –document annotated Paer%201), the professor gave me the commest that my proposal detached from psychology in general. he would suggest I narrow down to some specific psychological constructs in relation to AI (e.g., perceptions of AI, motivation to learn about AI) that you can examine with an experimental design.
