Hi as part of my independent prescribing course I have to complete a practice portfolio One section of this portfolio involves writing 6 short reflections incorporating the royal pharmaceutical society RPS prescribing competencies all of which must be covered within the 6 reflections and any medical ,pharmacological, guideline, facts etc referenced at the end I have attached a reflective log of practice sheet for you to follow from my portfolio, basically I need 6 of those. You can totally make them up , imaginary patient condition and any prescribing dilemmas decisions etc , Using things like current research , NICE guidelines CKS , BNF , I have attached the portfolio checklist in which sections 3-4 relate to the reflections and competencies plus a copy of the latest RPS competencies Could you put the code for each competency at the top of the page as they are completed for example 2.1 relates to contemplating non pharmaceutical treatments etc Many thanks
