My professor wants us to create our own mid-term by creating 3 questions from unit 1-4 of our text book, I have downloaded the assignment. This is something different and I am not for sure how to make it happen.  I would like for it to be true or false questions.
This is the textbook: Champoux, Joseph E. (2016). Organizational behavior: Integrating individuals, groups, and organizations (5th. Ed.). New York, NY: Routledge.
Here are some of his notes: Develop 12 exam questions.  Your questions must be based on the READINGS in units 1 to 4  Vary your questions from the units (3 questions from Unit 1, 3 questions from Unit 2, 3 questions from Unit 3 and 3 questions from Unit 4).
Next, provide the correct answer and reference to the article and Unit that your question is developed from. Question format must vary. Your questions may be in the following formats

o Multiple Choice
o Select all that Apply
o Matching (each matching group counts as one question)
o Short Answer
o Essay 
You must provide the correct answer. 
If you choose false, you must provide an explanation for the correct answer. 
You must provide a resource citation supporting your correct answer.
