For this milestone, you will submit a presentation describing your strategy (or strategies) to address the problem(s) discussed for your selected organization in Milestone Two. Imagine that your audience is your client, the leader of the organization.
Note: You may use PowerPoint, Google Presentation, Prezi, or another presentation format to create your presentations.
The feedback provided by the instructor should be applied to your final project (consulting case study and action plan report). The problems you discussed in previous assignment but please apply the professors feedback… BELOW IS THE PROFESSORS FEEDBACK:
Your presentation described the selected organization and  key organizational issues.  Be sure to target issues appropriate for Organizational Consultant (I-O) intervention – ex. leadership, training, etc. – not marketing/engineering.)
It’s not clear that you identified possible measurement approaches.  Be careful not to go straight to diagnosis and intervention intentions without fully developing and defending a measurement strategy (and tools).
There were opportunities to present rationale to indicate the reasons specific measures would be best practice (with citations), as well as expected data and opportunities for interpretation. Please note that all assignments must demonstrate analysis and application of specific organizational consulting concepts, theories, and practices.  Your presentation was clean (not cluttered) and well-organized, and effectively used the Notes section to move some text off the slides, to fully present your rationale, and to get a head start on the written portion of your final assignment.
