Open a blank document in Word or Google Docs.
Word: Click the File tab in the upper left corner; click New and scroll down to Letters; click business letters
Google Docs: Open Docs letter template choices.
Select a Letter template with a format that you will use that is appropriate when writing to a patient about a new physician who is joining the practice.
Compose a letter to a patient with information about this new physician, special services offered to patients, new physicians credentials, office availability and types of insurance accepted.
Put your information in the return address and signature areas, and change the date. (Leave the inside address); save document. (DONT DO THIS PART I WILL DO IT)
