Step one-Identify one organization in your community or the greater Texas area that serves the needs of older adults.
Step two-Review the website and/or phone interview the organization to obtain as much information about the services offered at the site as possible, including cost, hours of operation, how the organization works with older adults and their families
Step three-Summarize the information in an infographic (check on Google images or Pinterest for examples). You can use a Word document with images, or slide in Power point to create your graphic.
Step four-Discuss in a one page summary the answers to the following questions:
1) What surprised you about the organization?
2) What was the most valuable service the organization provides?
3) What are some of the challenges you see for the organization in this healthcare environment?
4) Would this organization be helpful to you and your family or your patients? Why or why not?
Step five-upload your infographic and summary to CANVAS using PDF or WORD format please.
