Assignment 4: Response Document to IRB Comments (50 points)
Scenario: You are a principal investigator who has submitted an application for initial IRB review for a study that you are conducted. The IRB has reviewed the documents within your application and has provided comments that you need to address. Once you have addressed the comments, you need to provide your response back to the IRB, at which time, if accepted, the IRB will grant approval.
Instructions: You are being provided with a IRB response document template. The template contains multiple comments from the IRB. You need to provide a robust response to each comment. Your responses should contain details on how you will correct the issue and why you have decided to correct it in that way. Your responses should be backed up with appropriate references.

Length: There is no set length for the assignment, but each response is likely to be a paragraph or two (or 3) long. Responses should adequately address the comment. Each response is worth 5 points.
References: You must use 3 academic quality references. References supporting your responses should be provided in a list, in AMA style, at the end of your response. Use in-text citations appropriately.
What to turn in:
Submit your completed response document as a Word document to the Canvas assignment drop box. I will annotate your assignment with any comments I might have. You will be able to view this annotated document in Canvas.
