Nurse leaders often have to make important decisions that may at times be unfavorable. Consider one difficult decision that either you or a leader in your organization made during the COVID pandemic or at another time. Based on the decision making models presented in this module, what type of decision making process do you think was used? Was the decision an ethical one? What was the outcome of the decision? Can you identify a better method of decision making that would have strengthened the decision making process in the situation you described!
