• Your implementation plan should be 5 pages in length, not including the title page and references page.

1. Outline a plan for collecting and analyzing data.
o What data do you need to collect and analyze?
o What are the likely sources of that data?
o How do you plan to analyze the data?
2. Propose criteria for evaluating organizational needs.
o What evidence do you have that supports your proposed criteria?
3. Outline a plan for generating reports.
o What information should be communicated to decision makers?
o When, and how often, should reports be generated?
4. Identify the personnel and logistics needed to carry out the implementation plan.
o What are the key project requirements and considerations?
o How will you justify the needs you have identified?
5. Propose a project timeline.
o What assumptions underlie your timeline?
o Consider areas of uncertainty or lack of information that could lead to delays and missed deadlines.
o What contingencies should you account for?
6. Write clearly and concisely, using correct grammar, mechanics, and APA formatting.
o Express your main points and conclusions coherently.
o Proofread your writing to minimize errors that could distract readers and make it more difficult for them to focus on the substance of your plan.
