These are the guidelines of the paper. My supervisor doesn’t based his research on trauma when it comes to dissociation so I tried to stay away from it as much as possible. The idea of the chapter was to have between 5500 and 6000 words and I still need help getting there as well as editing and fixing my mistakes. Thanks! Writing of couse is not my forte
General Outline for Each Chapter
• Definition of Target Behaviors and Disorders (a paragraph or two)
• Etiology and Theoretical Underpinnings of Treatment (a paragraph or two)
• Brief Overview the Science-Based Treatments (a paragraph or two)
o Description of Treatment Packages
o Overall Level of Research Support (e.g., EBT criteria; Practice Guidelines)
• Credible Components of Science-Based Treatments (this will be the majority of the chapter)
• Science-based Approaches for Children (a paragraph or two)
• Other Variables Influencing Treatment (at least include the first 4 of these subsections)
o E.g., Assessment, Comorbidity, Diagnosis, Demographics (e.g., race, gender, age), Medication, Severity, Variants (adaptations), Format, Duration
• Conclusion (a paragraph or two)
• Useful Resources (a bulleted list)
