Submit, in APA style, a 4-page paper on how a qualitative research paradigm, and qualitative methods, have the capacity to complement and extend empirical research in the field of psychology. Integrate (or synthesize ) material from the readings/references listed.
The goal: demonstrate an understanding of the basic premises of qualitative research (i.e., based on what assumptions, or how different methods answer different questions, or why sampling is different).
Include core content from at least four of the required readings that ground or structure your position. (Each of the 4 chapters from the Marshall et al. textbook, available to you as chapters, count as an independent reference. You can use 2 of the 4 as content references. So, if you had the question, “Can Chapter 1 and Chapter 3 count as two of the four references?” the answer is yes, but Chapters 1, 3 and 4 cannot count toward the 4 – only 2 can; you would have to have at least two citations that are not the textbook chapters by Marshall et al.)
