I have a 1000 word Social Psychology Literature Review task due in 5 days. Task: : Your research topic will be the role of the bystander effect in prejudice and discrimination. In your literature review you will analyse competing research findings and psychological theories about the role of the bystander effect in perpetuation of prejudice and discrimination. You will need to look at the methodology of each article included and assess the benefits and limitations of using that particular methodology to assess the research question. The methodology is the philosophy that is underpinning how you come to know the topic. Your literature review should synthesize what is known about the topic by identifying the relationships that exist in the literature. You should also define, evaluate, and clarify what is inconsistent or contradictory in the literature. Finally, you will explain the next steps that need to be undertaken to address the problem by identifying gaps and present a logical argument that demonstrates your understanding of the topic.
