Based on Chapter 11 Content Health Promotion: Achieving Change Through Education This assignment requires you to develop a health promotion education activity to address a specific problem or need of a particular aggregate in your community. (ex. Teaching smoking cessation to high school-age children, teaching high middle and high school students about sexually transmitted infections, teaching seniors about fall prevention… these are just examples any need can be addressed with any aggregate). You are NOT required to implement your plan due to the time constraints of the semester.
