I need your support with my thesis. the thesis will be : 1-Introduction. 2- Background. 3-Literature review ( this is already I do it ). 4-Research Methodology. 5-contribution to the field. 6-Result 7-Conclusions and Recommendation. 8- Reference. _______________________________ in the attachments you will find : 1- the propsal ( to unsdestand all thsis ). 2- data ( if need it ). _________________________ the idea is : the focus of the project is to determine the impact of implementing a safety program in Saudi Binladin Group (SBG), the largest construction company in the world and the Middle East. Construction companies, such as SBG, experience the problem of the high rate of work-related accidents due to the lack of safety programs that can be used to define the safety roles of different stakeholders and help in the training of employees on approaches to preventing accidents in the workplace. Based on the proposal, we will use a descriptive study design in this project. We will use data relating to accident reports, incident reports, clinic reports, near-miss reports, Training logs, courses logs, and near-miss reports. The Swiss Cheese Model will be used in data analysis. The result of the analysis of collected data will help to determine whether the implementation of a safely integrated and clear program between the main contractor and the subcontractor to train new employees on workplace safety would help in reducing cases of accidents in SBG. Based on the study findings and outcomes, the recommendation will be proposed to help in creating a perfect program to increase the level of safety, reduce injuries in the workplace, and create a safe working environment in SBG. there is a need to implement an integrated and clear program between the main contractor and the subcontractor in order to qualify and train new employees and prepare them for the site with the aim to prevent workplace accidents. I remember us discussing this before starting the proposal.
