For your final paper you are asked to propose a research project designed to address a critical issue in the area of affective neuroscience. The paper should involve a six page Background and Significance section and then a one to one and a half page grant proposal discussing how you would address a critical question in the area of research you reviewed in the Background and Significance section. The paper should be double spaced and all margins should be 1-inch. For the grant proposal portion of the paper you are only responsible for outlining the main question of the grant and an overview of how you would examine this question methodologically. You are not required to address detailed methodological or analytical issues.
