Assignment 4: Training evaluation
Objective: Develop a plan to evaluate your training session
Develop a plan:
Develop a plan that could be used to evaluate your training. At the very least, the plan should use Kirkpatrick’s taxonomy (i.e., reactions, learning, behavior, results). In addition, create any materials that you would use as part of the evaluation (e.g., interview protocols, surveys).
Write a report:
Write a client-ready report in which you summarize your evaluation plan. Include as an appendix any materials that you would use as part of the evaluation. This document should not be written as an APA paper; however, you should still use conventions of professional writing. If possible, obtain feedback from subject matter experts (e.g., the instructor) and organizational stakeholders (i.e., to assess feasibility) before submitting the final publish of your report.
