Interns are required to complete a Disposition Paper during the semester. The
Disposition paper must be three to five well written, APA formatted, typed doubled
spaced, 12 point font pages (reference and cover page not included). Consider the
following questions when writing your paper: what is counseling, what is effective
counseling, how would you know if your counseling was effective, what dispositions
do you think you would need in order to become an effective counselor?
