tumor:increase in vascularity, high degree of anaplasia, metastasizing. (Hallmark signs of amalignant tumor) Some effects of cancer on the body are Anemias, Blood clotting, Infections.
Pathologist will want to determine if tumor is malignant or benign. So that mr jones can beprovided Treatment to address the effects that caner has on his body. And wbc, rbc, and plateletsare low while carcinoembryonic antigen are high. Looks malignant tumor dx.
