1. In the beginning of this project before eating McDonalds everyday, Morgan’s health status was perfectly healthy. He is actually healthier than most men of his age.
2. Morgan is 6’2” and 185 pounds. For Morgan to maintain his weight, he should eat 2500 calories each day, 80 grams total fat and less than 25 grams saturated fat a day. Morgan eats 5000 calories during his McDonald’s Diet.
3. The first graders recognized Ronald McDonald the best because of the advertisement on TV. McDonald’s also has many commercials pertained to children. Especially since they commercials are usually cartoon like. Ronald McDonald isn’t the only character that children know. The McDonald franchise also has the Hamburglar, Birdie the Early Bird, Grimace, Fry Kid, and McNugget. Ronald should be banned since he is raising BMI levels in many children. Ronald McDonald is scarier than Pennywise due to causing more deadly health issues in children.
4. The rate in obesity in children and US teens has doubled over time in the last 20-25 years. Providing healthy meals and snacks, daily physical activity, and nutrition education are ways to reduce the rate of obesity in children and teens in the US.
5. Morgan gets a stomachache after his first meal and throws it up because he is used to a healthy lifestyle with his girlfriend being a vegan chef. He also has the sweats, nausea, and gas pains in his abdomen. Morgan’s body wasn’t used to all the sugars, fats, and all the sodium in McDonald’s food.
