A reflection using driscoll’s model of reflection. Using the NMC domain Practise Effectively. My placement is with the mental health nursing reseach unit. My placement is remote where i have to work on a workbook on a weekly basis created by the assessors. There are set questions on article on the workbook to answer. The positive aspect of research it allows a degree of personal and professional development in a flexible way than other placements i had. One of the negatives is sometimes the lack of motivation to do a lot of reading, not leaving your house for a shift.
