To explore and critique my matron leadership in an acute mental health setting and how this impacts on providing compassion for patients and staff but also encourages staff to be compassionate. At the same time providing patient safety and staff inclusivity. My literature review and findings have been partially written by another writer which is ok. But unfortunately they did not provide me with any print out of 3 databases that they used and this is crucial for submission. My dissertation needs to ensure that it follows an ontological, ethnographical, interpretivist approach.
