This assigment is a continuation of previous assignments submitted.
This class is about implementating a new technology (Telestroke) at White Plains Hospital. They currently connect with the on call neurologist for support.
I have attached assessment instructions, guiding questions that corresponds to the rubric, and the actual rubric scoring guide.

I have also attached the past 2 assignments that I submitted for your review and give you insight on what was done and build from there. Assignement 1 is a word document (needs assessment), Assignment 2 is a powerpoint (stakeholder meeting). You will be doing assigment 3 on implementation.
