Problem Identification Paper-Assignment: This assignment is the first step in the synthesis of a proposal for change or improvement to nursing practice and/or patient care. The Problem Identification paper will summarize your reflection, interviews and discussion of the identified nursing problem/issue/need along with an example of an observation of the identified problem. The significance of a change in practice and a clearly stated research question for investigation must be included.
