Write a proposal to an ethics committee regarding poor nurse staffing in nursing homes, and potential resolution. Include the following criteria:
Write two (2) objectives that reflect problem/issue resolution. Include an appropriate action verb and a time frame for each objective.
Identify at least one of the ethical principles, i.e. beneficence, nonmaleficence, justice, fidelity, veracity, etc., that is being violated as a result of your identified problem or that is needed to support the need for problem/issue resolution.
Identify the rationale for the ethical principle selection.
Identify the role that you would actually take in implementing a resolution to the problem/issue.
