Scenario: “Mary is a 75-year-old female
admitted to the Medical Ward with
complications of diabetes. Mary was
diagnosed with diabetes last year but does
not seem to understand her illness very well
or how important her diet and medications
are, and is therefore not following her

This is her second day in the ward, and
you are in the process of preparing her care
