Primary Care Survey Your participation in this research will help to expand our understanding of the management of
patients and their chronic conditions.
The purpose of this study: The ongoing coronavirus pandemic led to a swift and remarkable increase in the use of
telehealth for medical care. In the wake of this transition, we examine new opportunities and ongoing challenges for
using telehealth within blood pressure management, based on data and experiences from the pre-pandemic and
pandemic time frames. The purpose of this study is to assess the effectiveness of telehealth and telemedicine services and explore its efficacy in primary care
