You are a hospital vice-president assigned to lead this year’s strategic planning process. Your facility is a 200-bed long-term acute care hospital in Alabama. At your first strategic planning session, you want to make sure that all of your participants understand positioning strategies, both market-wide strategies and focused strategies.
