PURPOSE
The goal of this assignment is to submit the Community Assessment Key Stakeholder Interview Forms. Each form should answer questions 1-8 but may also include additional details the student may feel are important. Students are required to have a minimum of three stakeholder interviews; therefore, three forms should be uploaded. If possible, please combine the forms into one form. Interviews may be conducted in person, via telephone or virtually.
A community key stakeholder should be someone within the community who has influence and is invested in the community. A degree is not required for a community key stakeholder.
DUE DATE
Students may begin interviews with Key Community Stakeholders before the due date. The due date to have the interviews complete is 22 July by 11:59 pm CST.
