Option 1: Hypothetical PDC Think about a workplace issue you have encountered or are currently encountering that might be addressed by OBM, and describe what is happening. Next, imagine you are asked to conduct an assessment to try to understand this issue better. You may choose either PDC or PDC–HR as your assessment tool.
