1)Utilizing the information in the scenario, provide a project plan for a new EHR system implementation in your organization. The project plan should provide detailed information regarding set goals and objectives and should clarify and prioritize the steps in the EHR system implementation process and project staffing needs.
2)Discuss the importance of developing a data migration plan and what may result if data migration is not considered in a project plan.
