I would like to have a section in my thesis called literature review which talks about (near miss error reporting). You could first talk about health care in general in 1 or 2 paragraphs then go to the near miss error reporting culture in details. My research is about determining the organizational factors that may affect the near miss error reporting and I will be using the NHS staff survey that has 10 organizational factors. But in the literature review section I want to talk about near miss error reporting (which is my outcome factor).
I already started on it wrote a short literature review about near miss error reporting that has around (9 references). And I also wrote 2 pages about papers evaluating near miss error reporting ( 4 resources).
I would like you to fix, combine and use what I already wrote as well as adding more information to have a longer and more professional literature review to my thesis.
I will attach 2 documents that are from my work and you can use.
I will also attach a document that is not mine. It is a literature review example about another topic (patient experience). Just to take a look at how others did their literature review. [Mine can have different subheadings].
I would like you to use the references I used if they are good (I have 13 resources) and also add more references from you side (add around 10 references).
